Consent to forwarding useful information

1. You are hereby granting your consent to A-tradi s.r.o., domiciling at Mosty 12, Strmilov, 378 53, Comp. ID No.: 8769061, registered in the Commercial Register of the Regional Court in Ceske Budejovice, Section C, Entry 29392, (henceforth only “Data controller”) to use your e-mail address for sending you useful information related to offered services in the form of business messages pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll.

2. Pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection (henceforth only Personal Data Protection Act”), the Data controller shall process the following data for these purposes:

• name and surname
• e-mail address

3. The Administrator shall process these personal data for three years unless you grant your consent to extended processing.

4. Personal data are processed by the Data controller. However, personal data may also be processed by the following entity:

• Comerto, s.r.o., IČ 29266742, based at Veslařská 153/136, Brno – Jundrov, 637 00;
• possibly also other providers of data processing software, services, and applications, none of which the company uses at the present.

5. Kindly acknowledge that you have the following rights under the Personal Data Protection Act:

• you may ask us which personal data of yours we process;
• you may ask us for an explanation concerning personal data processing;
• you may ask us for access to these data and have them updated or rectified;
• you may demand that we delete these personal data – however, the consequence of such deletion shall be termination of contract negotiations;
• if you are concerned about our compliance with the obligations related to personal data processing, you may contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
